“So many options (all vegan!), it was hard to choose. The non- vegans with me said several times that they would be going back.
I had the La Mesa, which continued to be fabulously delicious to the last bite. (I had them trade the soyrizo for sautéed mushrooms).
Also loved the Mac & Cheese, the biscuits (gluten free) and gravy, the curry and the tiramisu.
The entire menu is available all day.

“This was a fantastic place to grab a few drinks before boarding my flight. AJ was the manager, and he makes a great old fashioned. Ann Marie was my initial server before I moved to accommodate a large party that came in, and she was fantastic at checking in even after I wasn’t on her table any longer. Anastasia was the bartender, and she was wonderful! Great location and menu, but the staff made it an all around fantastic visit!“

“Food is delicious, albeit a bit overpriced. I love the Shem personally, and the homestyle frees are typically fresh and seasoned well. As someone who has a soy intolerance, I was also happy to hear they used Canola oil for their fries, not soybean oil like so many other restaurants do. I'd probably make this place a regular visit if the prices were a bit more competitive with other burger joints. There are definitely some great options here.“

“Found this little gem from a simple Google search and I’m already addicted! My friend and I enjoyed breakfast there and we’re already planning a return trip. Who cares that it’s an hour away from home, it’s worth the drive! I had the granola pancake (🤤) and my friend had the strawberry french toast special (equally delicious). We also took home cinnamon and raspberry rolls (to die for). Give this place a try, you’ll be glad you did!“

“The food is very flavorful and tasty. I got a chicken entree with the sesame noodles (6/10) and broccoli (9/10) sides. The noodles have too much mint in them. I didn’t realize at first and got an entire mouthful of mint leaves. Please chop or just have less overall. Portion sizes are quite small for the price. I feel like a slice or two more of chicken and it would’ve been there for me.
Lots of other things on their menu look good and I was glad to see lots of people there too around dinner time. I think they just need a couple tweaks and it would be an easy 5/5.“

“Probably the best food in the park. I'm not saying it's great, but it is pretty good. I had the pastrami burger and fries. The fries were actually really good - crispy and well seasoned. The burger was a frozen beef patty cooked very well done (read: dry), but the bun and condiments were very good, making it a decent, if not great, burger.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Salt Republic, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! I ordered the Caesar salad with a flat iron steak added, and it was the perfect amount. The steak was flavorful and tender, though I would recommend cooking it just a tad longer for those who prefer it well-done.

The setting was lovely and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal. One small suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours until at least noon on Sundays. There's something incredibly comforting about having eggs on a Sunday morning, and it would be a fantastic addition to the already great menu.

“Had to come to salt lake for my mom's surgery which didn't go well. Went here to get her some soul food that she loves and the young lady who made the sandwiches wrote some nice notes on the sandwich wrappers. It was a very small thing but we were both surprised and I truly appreciate it. Food was great.“

I’ve been craving Greek/Mediterranean food the last couple days so I made a beeline for this place as soon as I saw it and I am so glad I did. The gyro was so good and hit the spot. “I was cautiously pessimistic when I saw "California Pizza" in the name of this place but I will humbly admit their pizza exceeded my expectations. If you like authentic Italian pizza, this place could surprise you like it did me. This isn't Pizza Hut or Little Sleezers; this is legit pizza; thin crust the way it's made in Italy or actual, real pizza places. Definitely worth the visit.“
