“So many options (all vegan!), it was hard to choose. The non- vegans with me said several times that they would be going back.
I had the La Mesa, which continued to be fabulously delicious to the last bite. (I had them trade the soyrizo for sautéed mushrooms).
Also loved the Mac & Cheese, the biscuits (gluten free) and gravy, the curry and the tiramisu.
The entire menu is available all day.

“Mark of the Beastro is my favorite vegan place in Utah. My best friend and I eat there often enough that they recognize us as the sticker stealers who sits by the window. I love the atmosphere, the decorations, the community, and their values proudly on display, but my favorite thing is the milkshakes! it's so nice to have a milkshake and fries again. “Ok this place is legit. We just got take out but we'll be going back and having brunch there for sure. My friend got the French toast meal. Straightforward regular French toast. No bells or whistles, just really good bread dipped on a really good custard base and pan fried. Scrambled eggs were perfect and the bacon looked amazing. The fact that she was almost euphoric while eating it says it all.
I got the corned beef hash. OMG. Best corned beef hash I've had in a long time. Chunks of homemade corned beef shredded among potatoes, Bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. And over easy eggs that even after a nearly 10 minute drive home still had runny yokes. The only way it could have been better would have been to eat there and indulge in some should beverages with our brunch. 10/10 will be making this a regular brunch location.

The Playboy Roll, which is sort of my go to roll, I'm torn if they are number 1 or 2 when it comes to the place I like it the most. but we have enjoyed many other rolls their. but we also appreciate their wall of ramen which is great for my daughter who is trying to like more sushi, but isn't all the way there yet. it make it easy for her to still get a full dinner, but also try some sushi as well. “Overall good place to go. I do think some dishes like the Scallop need to be redone/rethough out. The sauce is unappealing and doesn't mesh well. Can that. I would also suggest smaller pizza sizes for single servings. 8 inch and lower prices would be fine. Lobster dish was good, my daughter loved the bolanagse. All in all 4 stars, nice little location, need a few tweaks to the dishes.“

“This was a fantastic place to grab a few drinks before boarding my flight. AJ was the manager, and he makes a great old fashioned. Ann Marie was my initial server before I moved to accommodate a large party that came in, and she was fantastic at checking in even after I wasn’t on her table any longer. Anastasia was the bartender, and she was wonderful! Great location and menu, but the staff made it an all around fantastic visit!“

After the owner took the time to respond so courteously to my review, I decided to give them another chance. Keera and Indigo assisted me and truly took the time to listen to my previous experience. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I genuinely appreciate their empathy and dedication to great customer service. I also tried the mango sticky rice that’s been trending on TikTok—and it did not disappoint! Thanks to how well these ladies treated me, I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I visited this place based on a recommendation that they had great drinks and was looking forward to a good experience—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.

When I walked in, I asked for a recommendation, and the girl who helped me was friendly and suggested the “Milky Way,” describing it as similar to a root beer float with soft serve ice cream. However, when I received the drink, it didn’t include any soft serve.

I went back to clarify, and another girl with green hair told me that the first employee didn’t say it came with soft serve, only that it could be added. I ended up paying extra to have it added, hoping that would improve the drink.

Unfortunately, it still didn’t taste good. After just a few sips, I politely asked if I could swap it for something else. The response I received was dismissive—the girl told me, “You drank half of it and didn’t have a problem with it before,” which wasn’t true. I hadn’t even finished a third of it and was only trying to see if the added soft serve would help the flavor.

As a first-time customer, I was really disappointed by both the miscommunication and the customer service. I had high hopes based on the recommendation, but sadly, I won’t be returning.“

“I absolutely love Cafe Shambala and highly recommend stopping by! Every time we host family or guests visiting, we bring them to eat here. Both the lunch buffet and the dinner menu are delicious. Our favorites are the spiced potatoes, the marinated chicken, the momos, and the traditional rice pudding dessert. My husband and I have never had less than a 5-star experience, especially with the excellent service. My only suggestion for improvement would be to more clearly post a drink menu during lunch, specifically for the refreshing mango lassi and other tasty drinks available. Last time I was there, the only posting of this information was a faded printer paper taped on the outside windows.“
