“The food and service were great. Ordered on the app in the parking lot and went inside and it was ready in 5 minutes. The first thing we noticed was that the place was amazingly well decorated for Christmas. We didn't think it was normal for an Arby's to look so great, so I ended up talking to Karla, who had gone above and beyond to do it herself, even using personal family heirlooms!

It's so common for people to just do the bare minimum, so when people make the extra effort, I feel it has to be recognized. This is one of the good ones--we'll be back.“

“Bathrooms are realistically as clean as they can be, given that this is usually a busy place during lunch. They serve fried chicken which is not something I have seen from a Hardee's or Carl's Jr. The service is decently fast, it all depends on if they are busy or not. The employees are usually pretty chatty and while sometimes the computer may go down, I would expect that from any place in this technology centric world we live in“

The one lady who works the drive-thru usually makes my iced coffee. Everything that they make comes out absolutely perfect and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
