“Perfect hole in the wall lunch spot. I had the pulled pork bbq sandwich platter. Any doubts I had about the pricing were quickly dispelled when I received my meal. The portions are more than generous and the food was downright amazing. Genuinely thinking about planning an event just to have them cater, and we don’t even live in Virginia.”

“Great wine and outdoor seating! They’re very dog friendly, but I wished they enforced the on leash rule a bit more. We had our dogs on leash and two dogs off leash ran off to greet us. One of our dogs doesn’t react well when off leash pups run up to them. And we had to physically pull the new pup off ours, and the dog owners weren’t even near by. I think they were the owners dogs or the owner knew them well. They were very sweet, but I wish the rules were either enforced for everyone or there was an off leash area.
But again, the wine was good, the staff was very friendly, and the environment was nice to sit outside. Recommend!”

“I was raised in Miami, FL where I had a variety of Cuban food in the city’s most popular Cuban restaurants. I was surprised and impressed with the quality of the Ropa Vieja, plantains, Moro’s (black beans and rice cooked together), ham croquettes, and the best homemade Flan at a restaurant. The owners are from Cuba and are lovely people who maintain a spot-free commercial kitchen and use quality ingredients at a reasonable price. The Ropa Vieja had depth of flavor and wasn’t swimming in oil or salty like it is in so many places in Miami. Bay leaves, cumin, garlic, created a savory dish with such tender beef a knife wasn’t required. The sweet plantains were plump and tender which means fully ripen plantains were used to make the perfect “Maduros”. The ham croquettes reminded me of the best I had in southern Spain - fluffy and utterly delicious! We finished our meal with flan which was another delicious offering we were not expecting as most restaurants don’t offer the original, homemade recipe. We will definitely be back for more!”

“You know this place is good because there is a constant stream of people pulling in and lining up in a random parking lot. I got a bean quesadilla that tasted super fresh. Waited about ten minutes as there were about five orders before mine. Friendly service. I could taste the cilantro, fresh tomato, onions and cheese and it was stuffed with beans. The only thing that would have made this delicious lunch better, would have been black beans instead of refried beans and some sauteed veggies.
There is one table with an umbrella that's seen better days if you want to sit and eat. Most people took their meals and left. I couldn't wait that long and enjoyed it outside on a beautiful afternoon. Don't pass by this food truck!”

“A truly hidden gem! We were visiting from DC and was looking for some Asian food. Found this place on Google and decided to try it. Wasn’t expecting much for an Asian food restaurant in a small town but it ended up to be top 5 Thai restaurants I have ever had.

The green curry was very tasty and at the right level of spicy. (most Thai restaurants didn’t cook food spicy enough even though it says two pepper spicy or more)

The clay pot was so great and was not something you’d find in any Thai restaurant.

Pineapple fried rice and pad see wee also were very solid. Also highly recommend the lychee iced tea - not too sweet and very flavorful.

My only complaint is the beef was a bit chewy which is often the case in most Thai restaurants.

The place was also decorated very well with very decent service.”
