“This place is a rare gem. Creates an atmosphere that brings you back in time to breakfast at your grandparents. Food is so well cooked and comes out fast no matter how busy. Staff are always lovely! Makes you feel at home no matter which part of the world you come from. I used to live in Waynesboro, but moved to NH three years ago, but still try to come here at least once a year!“

“Smoked Kitchen and Tap jumped in to help us out with catering for our wedding after we ran into an issue with our original caterer. Everything was absolutely delicious, especially the BBQ tofu and the sauces! We seriously can't thank them enough for saving our wedding dinner!“

“We hosted a rehearsal dinner at Restoration Hall and Event Tent tonight, for our son and his bride to be. It was wonderful. Everything was set up and ready to go on time. The buffet dinner was set up and ready at our requested time. The servers were attentive and professional. We could not be more pleased. Dawn and her staff were so easy to deal with in the planning stages leading up to the event. Thank you all for making our special occasion so successful.“

“The Copper Mine at Wintergreen was “temporarily” closed in 2020 during the pandemic. Now, at the end of 2022, it remains closed. It is still set up as a restaurant; the signs remain and it is still on the Wintergreen website. Nearly every other restaurant at Wintergreen has reopened. No one has presented a good explanation why the Copper Mine remains closed. I frequented this restaurant many times in the past and hope to visit again, someday.“
