Great fine dining type atmosphere with excellent steaks.
Went there for a family birthday celebration. Staff was attentive but not overly so. Gave us space but also got us what we needed. Sort of a hidden gem among the hotels and businesses
We've been to Bistro Sancerre many times over the past few years. Typically it has been a great experience to have a good French Style Restaurant so near home. However the past two occasions it has been lacking something. The previous time my duck was overcooked. This time my steak was cooked perfectly but was not properly trimmed and had gristle.
