I’ve been ordering here for 7 yearS. I don’t eat NO OTHER PIZZA. On New Year’s Eve around 8:30 they messed up my order forgot my soda and I was suppose to have it sent back out the next day, but I was really sick due to me being pregnant. Called on January 2nd and they tell me I can’t get it cause they don’t redeem orders after two days. Mind you it’s January 2nd, the 2nd day. Unfathomable environment. Male Cashier was non communicative, irresponsible, and confused. Failed completion of order. Inefficient taking address/phone number. Multiple pauses while engaging in pleasant socializing with other workers. Failure attempting to look up a recent order. Lacking basic English skills. Rude, impatient, disrespectful. Unfortunately they ruined my daughter pizza event by delivery 40 later than they originally estimated. Had an attitude, kept lying about estimate, driver got lost and they refused to give me a refund. Order from another store and skip this one.
