“They have really outdone themselves. The inside is beautifully decorated, open, well lit, & very inviting. The food is better than any other of it's kind in Altavista. Staff is extremely courteous & helpful. If you haven't tried Rosa Negra yet, give them a shot. You won't regret it. “The El Cerrito, has fine Hispanic cuisine. very nice heat on the shrimp diablo. The atmosphere is less desirable than once. as they have TVs in the corners and a radio on at the same time. The noise level is a bit high. The servers are great, courteous, clean and efficient.“
