“They have really outdone themselves. The inside is beautifully decorated, open, well lit, & very inviting. The food is better than any other of it's kind in Altavista. Staff is extremely courteous & helpful. If you haven't tried Rosa Negra yet, give them a shot. You won't regret it. “The El Cerrito, has fine Hispanic cuisine. very nice heat on the shrimp diablo. The atmosphere is less desirable than once. as they have TVs in the corners and a radio on at the same time. The noise level is a bit high. The servers are great, courteous, clean and efficient.“

“I have been going to this taco bell since it opened maybe over a decade ago, and it is currently the best I've ever been to. In the past, it hasn't had the most consistent quality, probably on par with your average location, but as of recently, it has been consistently perfect in every regard. I have gone multiple times this month and every time it has been hot and fresh like it was just made seconds ago. The service is also very quick, I haven't ever had to wait more than a minute, and I don't think I've even had to wait that long. The staff are good natured and kinder even than some Chick-fil-A staff I've dealt with. It really has in recent times become the best the franchise has to offer. Whether this is due to some recent change of management, or vice versa, I don't know, but if that is the case I'd like the good workers of taco bell not to change a thing. They really are exceeding my expectations. Combine the unwavering quality with the prices, which are incredibly low for 2024, and you have the perfect fast food restaurant, and it isn't close. If this location has disappointed you in the past, come back. You won't be disappointed.“
