“Every time I come here they get it right. I often get curbside service or drive thru, and I use the app which makes it super simple, easy to customize, and prepaid in a click. The $5 meal deal is a welcome return to high value, but the app makes it easy to eat for less than $8, especially with points. Service is always kind. Although I don't think I've been inside it looks clean and inviting, and the lot seems clean and straight every time I go. I wish they still had salads. ??

She knows her products & steers you to things you might not know about. Food always tastes better when she makes it! No dropped meats in veggies or other unclean practices. If you want a subway sandwich in Amherst, do yourself a favor and go to THIS store, not the other one in Amherst.“

“We're a large family, and the young man that took our order did an excellent job taking our order and verifying it! He even brought it out to us at our table and knew which order was for which person! The food was fresh and hot, just how I like it!

Kid-friendliness: We had five children with us, and no problem! They even had a high chair for our youngest child.

Wheelchair accessibility: While we don't have to use a wheel chair with our family, I can observe that it would be easy for a wheel chair to access this building and to get around inside.“

“I came to visit this particular store at on 9/28/24 at around 1-1:30 and I really just wanted to commend the staff there on their professionalism. I was impressed by the entire staff from the cook to the cashiers. Everyone seemed to be focused on the task at hand. They weren't goofing off, acting obnoxious and on their phones and it was really refreshing to see because you don't see it much amongst alot of the younger working class and I just wanted to give them their just due. People tend to only review the bad but I wanted to let them know courtesy, respect and professionalism do go a long way. KFC you've got a good team on your hands. Take care of em.“

“This is the best location I've been to. The manager - the one time we spoke with her about a concern (not even a real problem) - was very professional and helped us out right away even though we had no expectation of that. They make very good pizzas and are always pleasant, even late at night. I would happily recommend this location.
