“Now THIS store is everything a Subway can & should be! The food tastes, looks & is fresh, clean & uncontaminated. The woman on shift today, 10/25/19 has been so cordial, so pleasant & so efficient Everytime I've gone in. She treats my aging mother with tremendous tenderness & humor. I love getting food from her. She knows her products & steers you to things you might not know about. Food always tastes better when she makes it! No dropped meats in veggies or other unclean practices. If you want a subway sandwich in Amherst, do yourself a favor and go to THIS store, not the other one in Amherst.“

“The restaurant was clean upon arrival and even smelled clean. The bar was very nice and the staff were tremendously helpful and patient. Had not been to this Subway in over three years due to bad experiences but last nights service I give those two ladies ??? on everything especially cleaningness.“
