“Today is busy line Starbucks in Safeway,I come here often ,and Customer said Isabella is one of the Asian girl is the best and she know what she is doing with brewing coffee, coffee flavor is good when she is working she is great service but most of staff terrible ,need training more. Customers want to see more "Isabella ".“

“5 Star service & yummy pistachio latte! I asked the lady working at the register how much caffeine was in chai and matcha, she actually took the time to look it up for me. How sweet! Then I decided to go with a latte instead, we both agreed I needed a pick me up this evening.
I like this Starbucks really well, I also like the Starbucks in Burke closer to home.
Chai and Matcha lattes are so yummy but less than 100 mg caffeine.
Review of this Starbucks in Annandale is solely for the excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction.
I know Starbucks is expensive, however you are getting what you pay for and if you don’t like your drink, just let them know and they will either make you a new one or different drink, at no cost (the one near my home is very accommodating to me and I know/like the team).
I also asked to sample the nitro brew and they provided me with a sample. So nice! Good team work and great customer service! Thanks!
