I don't know what it is about the Rosslyn location, but this Chipotle is just not up to par. The meat is usually overcooked and under-flavored compared to other Chipotles. They give you as little meat as possible, and as little fajita veggies as possible. I don't know if its a franchise with a cheap owner or what, but this Chipotle is not up to par.
This is my favorite Chipotle. The employees are consistently good at giving me exactly what I want, carefully prepared, and the quality of the ingredients used is consistently high.Vegetarian options: This location is great, in part, because the employees ensure that only what I request finds its way into my bowl. I have never found meat in a vegetarian meal from this location.

This is not only one of the most efficient but also one of the nicest ones (staff wise) I have visited. Today I took my Spanish class to Chipotle to practice the Spanish they've learned in regards to properly greeting people, ordering their food and paying. The staff was super patient and gracious. My kids were a bit nervous but came away feeling so empowered (and of course, with full bellies).
