Flight got delayed by two hours so I decided to stop by for food and a drink. SO glad I did! The lobster roll was phenomenal and very fresh. The clam chowder was pretty good as well. I ordered a patron reposado marg and a white sangria (don’t judge me) and I’d probably pass on the marg next time. I should have went with my gut and got a reposado espresso martini. Overall 10/10 will definitely come back again.
Surprisingly delicious food - at the airport, would you belive it?!
We enjoyed fresh well made Greek salad to start with, and Haddock as our main.
The portions were very generous!

Based on the reviews, Legal Sea Foods at Reagan National Airport offers a mix of great food and slow service. The crab cake appetizer and crab cake sandwich are delicious, and the rainbow trout is one of the best dishes ever had in an airport. The spicy cucumber margarita and mocktail are fantastic drinks. The petite warm butter lobster roll comes out hot with a good amount of lobster. The New England clam chowder is also a favorite. Breakfast, including eggs and bacon, feels fast and fresh. The service can be slow for an airport restaurant, with staff sometimes on their phones. However, specific employees like Rich provide happy, attentive, and spot-on service that elevates the experience. The food is pricey, with lunch costing $30.00 without tip for an appetizer, but the quality is excellent. Portions are not skimpy, and the broccoli is crisp and properly cooked. The restaurant is located airside in the center of the main hall of terminal 2, offering convenient access. It remains a favorite for native Washingtonians and is highly recommended.
