“Sophisticated flavor without being pretentious. I would have appreciated a larger portion of cheese with the charcuterie. However, before my visit I never had a relationship with mustard and now I do. It is not to be underestimated. Dave/David was a pleasant and knowledgeable server with great suggestions.“

“Me and my husband had the most amazing time. You can tell they care about you and your experience. We have ordered the restaurant week menu and it didn't disappoint. This place restored my hope for DC restaurants. Hidden gem and i want them to stay that way. Not everyone have good taste Humberto was amazing, so as the owner. Very genuine and humble. Honestly i cannot pinpoint which course was the best. What i know for sure is the steak was so unforgettable . Next time i am gonna go all out and try their tasting menu. “Al was an exceptional host. He made sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly demeanor and charismatic personality made the evening feel especially warm and welcoming. He also kept the conversation engaging throughout the night.
The food was outstanding — especially the duck entrée and the passion fruit dessert, both of which were highlights of the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for its relaxed yet refined atmosphere and beautifully designed surroundings. The ambiance leans upscale with a low-key charm, so business casual to upscale attire fits perfectly.“

“Great food and a really enjoyable experience. The veal schnitzel is definitely the standout, highly recommend it. Ana provided great customer service as well, and Manzano always takes excellent care of us which makes the experience even better.“

“Yesterday was our first visit to Amber, and it certainly won't be our last.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who also happened to be the manager. Even though we didn't have a reservation, he was incredibly accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome. What impressed us even more was that he later came to our table to personally check that everything was going well.
Our server, Mario, was outstanding. He took the time to explain the all-you-can-eat concept and walk us through the menu, which offers an impressive variety of options. His recommendations were spot on, and every dish he suggested was absolutely delicious.
Mario's professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience. Combined with the excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service, it made for a memorable evening.
