“Excellent customer service, recently had the pleasure of visiting Popeyes, and I was impressed by the exceptional service and quality of food. As a loyal customer, I've had mixed experiences with this chain in the past, but my latest visit exceeded my expectations.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The manager greeted me promptly and took my order, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Notably, I was asked if I wanted to scan my rewards, which was a nice touch.

The efficiency of the staff was impressive, with my order being taken correctly and my food being ready promptly. The staff repeated my order to ensure accuracy, and another staff member packed my order and provided a detailed rundown of the contents. I was particularly impressed by the offer of ketchup, hot sauce, jam, and dipping sauce for my wings.

Given the cleanliness and overall ambiance, I decided to dine in. My food was fresh and flavorful, and I appreciated the inclusion of napkins and a fork in my bag. The teamwork among the staff was evident, even during a busy hour, and I observed customers receiving their orders promptly.

“We ordered the $20 family meal which in dude 9 pieces of their regular crispy chicken, 11 chicken tenders, a large side of macaroni & cheese, and 4 biscuits. I think there were about 4 white pieces of chicken, and 5 dark piece. I can really only eat white chicken breast so I focused on that, as well as, 4 chicken tenders. The barbecue sauce for the chicken tenders made all of the difference! I also had 1 biscuit as they only gave us 4 for the four of us. The service was somewhat sluggish and I needed to wait almost two minutes in order to get someone's attention. The chicken and macaroni & cheese were great!“
