“My husband loves Popeyes. It bothers my stomach so I'm mostly grabbing it for him when I'm out. This location is close to my house but for three years I drove over to the one on King st, because this location was the worst, horrible customer service, messed up orders you name it they screwed it up.

I can now happily report that of the last three times I have been, the order was correct; the food was hot. And most Importantly the people working there were nice and prompt. No more texting or standing around chatting to coworkers instead of helping customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“BRING BACK CAJUN RICE!!!!I love Popeyes, and if you are strategic enough to plan ahead, it’s easy to understand when to go when the fried chicken is freshly fried, you'll love this location. Popeyes is one of the best fried chicken chains out there... if only they would bring back their Cajun rice (aka: dirty rice). Ask for fresh biscuits.I know the sandwiches are popular – crazy in 2019, and they are good, but spicy hot thigh can’t be beat. Service is a hot mess, and the floors are super greasy. Order via the app, but you'll still have to fight to get to the front counter...they turn over staff frequently, and are always understaffed, but they do their best, and most of the time the food is great for what it is.Vegetables are definitely lacking, but I get a company's decision to not waste vegetables when the majority of the customer base probably doesn't eat them. They used to have green beans, but now coleslaw is the only vegetable option.Best luck I’ve had with hot chicken is to avoid common times where people eat, and instead go a little earlier. So 11:30 for lunch, and dinner at 5-530 pm or the last push at 7:30pm or 8:30pm“

“Super impressed the flow of operations this team at 1:30pm did. The order was wrong but it was understandable because I said 3 PC combo & I got a #3. it is what it is but it's how you handle it that makes the difference. They made it right. The gentleman working the drive-thur guiding everyone & everything. From drive-thur, to food deliveries, from walk-ins, to maintaining food, supplies stock & the floor maintain as much as possible.
