“I’ve been to Duck Donuts in other locations before, but I was excited when one opened near my house in Ashburn—and it did not disappoint. This location was great! I love being able to customize donuts with different toppings and watching them made fresh. Everything was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. So happy to have a Duck Donuts close by now—will definitely be back! 🍩“

“Today when I went to dunkin donuts I ordered a decaf large iced coffee with 3 creams, when it came it tasted like water and was the color of milk. This was in the drive through so I walked inside and asked them to remake it. The two boys showed me how the decaf was really light today and they didn’t know how to fix it. Luckily there was a lovely young lady there who suggested she make me a decaf americano which was perfect and tasted amazing. She is an amazing problem solver and extremely smart and kind, I didn’t get her name but this was at 12:00 on Sunday the 26th and she was the only girl there. I hope she is recognized for this amazing save and quick thinking/problem solving.“

“BEST Dunkin’ I have ever been to- and I have been to a LOT. Manager is amazing, has trained his staff well and is extremely receptive to any feedback. All staff is kind and friendly. Doesn’t matter who makes my coffee, it is PERFECT every single time. I come here everyday before work and have never been disappointed. And if I’m out and about, I will go out of my way to come to this Dunkin’ just because of how good it is. TOP NOTCH.“

“The donuts are freaking delicious!! Omg..warm and kinda crisp. The bourbon apple pie was the best!! The drinks we had were also good, but wouldn’t recommend the breakfast bagel. The bagel itself was very tough/ chewy/ hard to rip pieces off lol.
I am Docking a star because the two teenagers (boy and a girl) working there this Saturday morning were less than inviting. Acting like they couldn’t be bothered/ didn’t want to be there and weren’t really paying attention to what we were saying. it’s a very tiny area if you want to sit down, only two tables. Wish it opened before 7am for before morning commute. Other than that definitely try it out.“
