“Today when I went to dunkin donuts I ordered a decaf large iced coffee with 3 creams, when it came it tasted like water and was the color of milk. This was in the drive through so I walked inside and asked them to remake it. The two boys showed me how the decaf was really light today and they didn’t know how to fix it. Luckily there was a lovely young lady there who suggested she make me a decaf americano which was perfect and tasted amazing. She is an amazing problem solver and extremely smart and kind, I didn’t get her name but this was at 12:00 on Sunday the 26th and she was the only girl there. I hope she is recognized for this amazing save and quick thinking/problem solving.“

“BEST Dunkin’ I have ever been to- and I have been to a LOT. Manager is amazing, has trained his staff well and is extremely receptive to any feedback. All staff is kind and friendly. Doesn’t matter who makes my coffee, it is PERFECT every single time. I come here everyday before work and have never been disappointed. “Was recently in Dulles waiting for a flight and needing some food - Dunkin Donuts to the rescue with the perfect iced coffee and a delish Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese sandwich. The coffee is so good because it is not too sweet - very refreshing. The sandwich was so good - hit the spot and wasn't expensive. And the woman at the counter was so nice! Very helpful, cheerful and helping everyone - so nice to see such service especially in an airport. Great job Dunkin Donuts!“
