“Can’t wait to return! My husband tried Shah Halal for the first time, ordered the combo platter and really liked. The chicken had the right amount of spiciness, serving was generous and everything was fresh. I have eaten at several locations and my go-tos are the lamb salad and the lamb platter. So tender! I don’t care for spicy foods and the lamb is so flavorful. The staff was super nice, made suggestions, explained their cooking process and exceeded expectations. I learned the basmati rice is cooked in a healthier way in olive oil, different than other locations, and the manager has had professional training as a chef. We will return often to Ashburn as, 35 miles away, it is the closest locale to our home.“

The food was exceptional! The Karahi was rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, just like the ones I’ve had in Lahore. The Biryani was aromatic, with tender meat and perfectly balanced spices. The Nihari was a standout—slow-cooked to perfection and bursting with traditional flavors. And let’s not forget the freshly baked Tandoori Roti, which was soft and complemented every dish beautifully. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and even recommended some hidden gems. “I came here on a Saturday night with my girl and my other friends and it was my first time all right from here and to be honest with you the food is pretty good tastes pretty original and the staff which is the guy who was in the cashier and the other guy who was I believe he was an assistant they were very nice very kind they give me a free item they were very friendly so I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is trying to enjoy their meal with friends or with the family definitely five stars“

“Excellent food. There was 1.35 pound smoke meat, above pound weight, and we were charged $47.24 extra. The waitress did tell us about this extra meat, but we never thought it would be so much or at least she should have told us that this would be extra dollars. I will not order extra meat next time. It was way too much for me. Besides that, we loved the food. It was delicious. I will definitely go again.“

The samosa chat featured a well-balanced mix of spices, offering just the right amount of flavor without being overwhelming. It was perfectly textured, neither too soggy nor too dry. The Philly cheesesteak sandwiches were also delicious, boasting a cheesy goodness. You can find this eatery situated across from Old Navy, adjacent to Aeropostale. (worse nightmare) Carlos handled with such great care..told me no problem ran back to the shop and within 20 minutes brought me additional lunches...
