“We ordered Q Barbeque from the Glen Allen location for my daughter’s graduation party. This restaurant has the absolute nicest most helpful employees. The food was phenomenal. Everyone raved about how good it was and the price was so reasonable for the large amount we ordered. We barely had anything left everyone devoured it. Thanks Q barbeque!“

“I've eaten at the Hot Pot 757 on south side, where the service was much better. There, the server would explain everything to you beforehand -- important if you are bringing guests who haven't dined here before. At the Broad Street location, I asked the server to explain how the meal works, and all he said was that it's all you can eat. Not helpful to new customers like our friends. Also, a different employee kept interrupting us to change the BBQ burner, even when it was still cooking food. We asked her to come back to change the burner, but she did not understand English. This happened 5 times. Fortunately, however, the food was excellent.“

“My friend and I dined here tonight. We had a great experience. Cohen, our server, was outstanding! He made sure we had drinks, checked on us multiple times, seeing as how busy it was there. He had a smile on his face every time he came to the table. Our food was delivered to our table in a reasonable time no long wait at all.“

“My husband and I frequent this location as we only live about 25 minutes away. While the menu is smaller than the original location in farmville, we have not had anything bad from this location. The service is always fast and we hardly ever have to ask for anything as our servers will check on us frequently. We have gone at all times of the day and all different days and don’t have any complaints! We even take our infant daughter with us, who just sleeps while we eat. If a manger is there while we are, they almost always stop by our table for a chat. We have never had any issues with food not being hot or missing anything or not being cook just right. There are one or two servers that aren’t super friendly and we prefer not to have them but I feel like that’s probably how it is at most restaurants. We enjoy the atmosphere and the food! Would recommend this location to any and everybody looking for a new food spot!“

“It's a hit or miss on the steaks. At times it's the best and then you can get the bad and at times in between. 4 stars overall for other times that it was good. 3 stars because of a very loud group. In general good food and good corn when in season. As stated earlier hit or miss on the steak. Service is acceptable. It can be better.“
