“Have you ever been excited about grilled vegetables? Usually it's not the most exciting thing to order. But the grilled vegetables on the Exchange Cafe menu are far from usual. They are outstanding with a smoky flavor transforming plain grilled veggies into something WOW! Hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic complemented them perfectly. My husband loved the smoked meats as well. A vegan smoky tofu scramble to add to the breakfast taco options and/or smoothies would be a welcomed addition to their home cooked breakfast options. It's excellent scratch food with friendly service to match. Don't hesitate to go!“
