“Absolutely the best fast food restaurant in Bluefield, VA hands down. Employees enjoy their job and are friendly. Food is always on par, yet to have one bad experience yet. I go here almost daily just because their $5 biggie bag is absolutely amazing.“
“The location on Bluefield Ave was so accommodating when I placed a huge order when I wanted to treat the staff at Cole H-D. Thanks for taking the order ahead of time over the and having over 20 blizzards and more ready for us when we got there! Thanks to the DQ team that was working so hard to make this happen.“
“I'm in town for business and decided to grab some pizza and cheese bread last night. I placed my order, and the delivery window seemed kind of farther out than I was expecting. The delivery guy showed up early, and was very polite ??The cheese bread was the best I have ever had from Papa Johns. It was perfectly cooked end to end, absolutely no part was overcooked. I would have taken a picture, but I devoured it too quickly.A+ all around.“
“My food is also fresh and delicious. Their salads are awesome. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. Just an altogether good restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly atmosphere for kids and my daughter lives the chicken fries.Parking: A lotWheelchair accessibility: It's all flat and has no issues with wheelchair accessibility.“
“Always a friendly face and they get to know you pretty quick if you are a regular, my go to is the pork chop and gravy biscuit with a side of hash rounds, always fresh and hot during breakfast hours, lunch and dinner seems to be a slower time for them and it does take a few more minutes to get your food but it is always hot and fresh so it is worth the few extra minutes to not get a old cold burger.“
“The 2 young men working behind the counter were really slow. There was 1 lady in there when we went in, and we had to wait 15-20 minutes to even start our order. The one guy was ok, but the other one had a bad attitude like he was too good to acknowledge. It pissed me off.“
“Two words: slaw dog. This Dairy Queen is a Bluefield institution. I grew up eating hot dogs here as did everyone else in Bluefield since 1959. The bun is the same, the slaw is the same, the chili and the wiener - all the same. McDonald’s wishes they could be this consistent.Last time I was here was about ten years ago, so we decided to stop by as we passed through on I-77 this week. Oh am I so glad we did. It was just as I remembered - the tastes, the smells and even the way they take your order. If you live here, you already know. If you’re passing through, take the extra 5 minutes and stop in for some slaw dogs - they are the best you’ll ever have!“
“Danica made my order so easy! She went through each item and what came with it and I added and subtracted what I wanted..... So simple I know but, it's hard to order a taco with no lettuce and it be right sometimes. The communication was just completely on point. I seem the same service and politeness with everyone she encountered while I was there also.“
“I love their breakfasts. Bacon egg cheese biscuits are my favorite. Hash rounds too.Parking: Always plenty of room. Easy to get off and on the road.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly dining and foods. Relaxed atmosphere for energetic kids.Wheelchair accessibility: The side walks and doors are accessible.“
“Always great food and greeting as well. Hadnt had shrimp in awhile so my grandson and I went fishing (haha).Parking: Always plenty of room to park.Kid-friendliness: Have kids meals and high chairsWheelchair accessibility: The walk way is set were you can come and go in a wheelchair, Walker, cane, etc.“
“James was incredibly helpful and polite. I had accidentally ordered at a different location but when I showed up a few hours later to retrieve my order he was very understanding. I did try calling right at the time of the mistake to let them know not to make the food right away. The phone was never answered.“
“To Michelle (the sweetest older lady with the grey bun) deserves the world. Whatever they pay is not enough to make a sandwich that good and with that much love. My 2 am savior some might call her. Or an Angel as I see her. Thank you for the extra cup for my Diet Coke. Give that women a raise.“
