“People are really nice ,except they have a nice building but don't offer any kind of food or entertainment ,and if they have a picnic they sell u tickets . They don't give back to the members like most post do that I have belonged to and visited“

“Unfortunately after many years the business has permanently closed while the state widens the road. Loved meeting friends regularly at the Rainbow Diner on Saturday mornings for breakfast. Good food, and great service. Stopped one last time the last day they were open on March 30, 2024. It was a sad day.“

“Visited TJ's Pit Stop for lunch recently with 7 other people. Upon arrival, I didn't think they'd be able to seat us, but then they took us into another section of the restaurant, which was recently remodeled. There was plenty of seating back there. The service was fast and friendly. We were given menus and our drink requests were taken. As an appetizer, we requested buffalo chicken fries and fried pickles. Both were hot and delicious. For lunch, I requested meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, and green beans. A long while later, our food arrived. My meatloaf was very tasty, especially with gravy. The mashed potatoes were great, again with gravy, and the green beans were also very tasty. Great lunch and I would request it again. This is definitely a good restaurant.“

“My husband and I stopped for lunch on our snow bird ride north. We ordered the Brunswick stew which was the best we’ve ever had. The sauce was incredible. The service was friendly and efficient. This was enough to ensure a stop on our trip north or south… but wait, there’s more! I somehow left my credit card there but didn’t notice until we were 2 states beyond. Ordinarily I would have cancelled the card and requested a new one, but I ha a good feeling about the people here so I asked if they would charge $10 as a token of my appreciation mail it back. They said it was a small thing to do and they would not charge the account. When I got home, there was the card, already in my mailbox. I am grateful and want you to know that the food, service, and honesty of the staff all rate a 5 +“

“Summitra has amazing food! They offer a great menu and they are not afraid to be authentically spicy. Thank you!! Eggplant Madness is my favorite dish. I only have one complaint…..please open your dining room again. We miss the great atmosphere and camaraderie. Either way, this is fantastic Asian cuisine and a must visit!“
