I tried calling and speaking to the owner. It took seven times calling to get thru. It had a recording and then hung up. One of the owners was argumentative, did not take criticism and never offered to make up for the bad food or refund. I definitely hate to see this Icon in Blacksburg go down like this. The quality of the food is not the same. Honestly, The food was nothing like what I have bought over 20 years from this restaurant. The food I bought today was not edible....read full review
