If they got your order wrong and you don’t get it fixed in the span of 30 MINUTES, then you suffer for their mistakes. The domino’s across the street is faster, the atmosphere is better, and the cashiers sure are nicer(the girl at papa johns smugly pointed to a piece of paper that I was too late to get the order I wanted). Don’t spend your money here and definitely don’t leave tips because apparently tips still won’t get you the food you ordered.
“If you don’t love your pizza, tell us why and we’ll deliver another one absolutely free.” Is apparently not true at this Papa John’s. My girlfriend ordered a gluten free 10 inch pizza because she is allergic, and she received a regular crust. She, politely explained this and was told to present her pizza back at the shop before we could get the right pizza. Not really how we wanted to spend our evening.

America is a hellscape for food service workers, and working retail in this incredibly fractured world is challenging. I get that working at a corporate chain like Papa John's is hard. It's prescriptive, repetitive hard work near a hot oven. There are unreasonable customers and low pay.
