Most food chains mess this order up, which is disappointing considering the price it costs to add all of the additional cheese. This location is incredible at delivering on fresh burgers with all of the melty cheese I requested! Absolutely my favorite burger chain!“

“The crew manager, Heather Parker, was outstanding in helping me and other customers today. I even asked for her name so I could write a positive review for her. It was busy but she managed to keep calm and get each order in a timely manner. One employee was obviously frustrated but she relieved him of his duties and took over to allow him time to rest. That type of leadership is definitely hard to find in any job and it was refreshing to see it still exists! I do not visit Wytheville often but will make a point to stop in Wendy’s when I am traveling through!“

“This was my first ever experience with Jersey Mike's. I thought everything was great and the restaurant was clean and the staff was polite. My only remotely negative comment would be that seating was very limited as there were only two tables with 4 seats. Most people do takeout I figure but we decided to eat in.“

“Place was backed up because of grand opening day but they still managed stellar service and jersey Mike's quality...very well trained staff expect many return visits and super glad they finally made it to tazewell county va so we don't have to travel outside the area to get our favorite subs!!
