“I had the pleasure of visiting this Subway during my road trip, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The cleanliness of the place was remarkable – one of the cleanest Subway locations I’ve ever been to. Every surface, from the counters to the dining area, was spotless, which made the dining experience so much more enjoyable.

The customer service was equally impressive. The staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. They made my order exactly as I requested, with a smile and great attention to detail.

It’s rare to come across a fast-food restaurant where both cleanliness and service are prioritized so highly. I’ll definitely make a point to stop by this location whenever I’m passing through the area again. Highly recommend!“

“The staff went out of their way to assist my disabled older brother and sister-in-law. I wish I had gotten her name but, one of the young ladies even assisted him in getting in our car and was as pleasant as anyone I’ve ever met. There is customer service and then there is customer care, she was amazing.“

““I didn’t get this mans name, he works at the subway in Walmart in Bluefield, VA.
He made my lunch today with amazing enthusiasm and pleasure! He was courteous and very professional. Then as I was eating this elder woman came in. He came from behind the counter, helped her to a table, read her the menu & explained the different meal deal options and then went and made her lunch.
He went above and beyond customer service! I wish I would have gotten his name but if you go eat there, be sure to tell him what a great job he does! His warm hospitality today certainly warmed my soul!”

Parking: Located inside a TA truck stop so parking is ample, even for oversized vehicles. Nicer than the usual TA or truck stop atmosphere.“
