Usually, I get very great service from this establishment. Unfortunately, lately they just seem to be cutting corners. I typically order at least 2 to 3 times a month, and think that I might have to stop ordering from them. I’m not sure why, but the delivery has just gotten worse, and things aren’t even included in my bag anymore. The food was terrible. I contacted the business to let them know and they said they would run an "analysis" on it. Who knows what that means as I have yet to hear back. Maybe it was a bad day for the cook and/or sourcing of the food, but Jiang's didn't do anything about it. Very low class business practice to try and make things right.. Seinfeld four!
Excellent food! Great service! Very authentic flavor. I wish we lived closer to frequent Jiang’s every week!
