9 Best Sandwich Shops near Boones Mill

“Been coming to this subway for a year. I have watched the employees turn over like swapping Laundry. I have seen first hand them short sandwiches when double meat was ordered. I have called from the parking lot and watch them not pick up the phone when the place was empty. I do have choices of other subways but this one is near my house. I have to hover over them to make sure they do their job when I order food.“

“2/9/2024 Overall, an amazing experience! Brother Mike got "fancy nancy croissant sandwich" he said he was expecting more of the variety of ingredients that usually are in it, and I had 3 scoop plate(fruity fran, cranberry kelli, and dixie chick). I really appreciated the huge leaf of lettuce on the plate and would recommend that all the people who don't eat bread are to get extra pieces of lettuce to eat the scoops with. Now i have another idea with 13 different scoops to choose from, all 13 flavors on 1 plate and plenty of lettuce leaf to indulge in all CHICKEN SALAD CHICK has to offer. $24.78 for the 2 of us, we had water to drink. Place is clean, staff was friendly, spacious seating, plenty of parking.“

Brought back some memories for my husband from the old days when he was in the Airforce and used to go out and eat with the crew.Vegetarian options: If a person would not mind a bread sandwich with vegetables it would be okay. “The food was excellent as always but the cleaners of the restaraunt was very disappointing. It was 4:00 in the afternoon when we walked in wit 3 people behind the counter doing nothing and the floor had bread crumbs and lettuce all over it. I counted 5 tables that needed to be cleaned. When I was a fast food manager I made sure that was every 30 minutes or sooner as that is the first thing customer's see when they come in“

“I called Macallister’s last minute on Saturday to inquire about a tray for a Super Bowl gathering. It could not have been a more pleasant and productive phone call! Jacob, the Manager, is THE NICEST and most accommodating person!! He PATIENTLY walked me through my options which were plentiful and very reasonable! Less than two hours later, my order was ready!! I ordered pinwheels, which are smaller slices/sections of their wraps and were PERFECT for my food spread!! Assorted types ALL artfully made and DELICIOUS!! I also got their potato salad to go with those, and their potato salad is some of the best, if not the best, I have had from any restaurant!! I could not be more pleased with the ENTIRE experience!! Hands down Macallister’s was the best and most reasonable and most user friendly option of several places I had called!!“

“Fresh food, and very clean. The parking lot could use more light especially since it's in an area where homeless normally gather. ( Cross the street at Kroger ) The staff are a little slow fixing the food and complain a good bit about other customers and online ordering that is why I gave 4 stars not 5. Other than that great place to eat! I do recommend coming here.“
