Chick-fil-A in Chantilly

“Shawn took great care of us during our visit. He kept an eye on our table in a low key way, checking in a couple of times to make sure we were doing okay. He made sure we had the sauces we wanted, offered refills before we had to ask, and cleared our trays as soon as we were finished. We left with fresh refills of lemonade and the feeling that we had really been looked after. Shawn was friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal easy.“

My encounter with him stuck with me, like a tapeworm or happiness. If my dreams could come true, Harish would be the only chik fil a worker if would have the pleasure of encountering in the future.“

“My friend and I meet there almost every week for several hours. We are welcomed by the team, never asked to leave, occasionally a team member will come out and ask if we want refills for our drinks and one of the managers always remembers I substitute Mac and cheese for French fries. We love it there.“

“As always I rate this on a fast food scale….but it’s top notch. Got the grilled chicken with the wheat bun and that was excellent. Lots of seating, clean, the usual helpful/friendly/efficient staff. Play place that was cleaner than most I’ve been to.“
