A Charlottesville favorite…. Every veggie that goes into a taco, burrito or bowl is hand cut, the proteins are savory and Barbie is a true gem. I try to get to this tiny establishment once a week.
What a great find! I had heard about this place and made a point to track it down on a day off. Totally worth it. Huge proportions and quick service! The homemade salsa was the cherry on top…delicious!
A bit hard to find because of the new bridge, but well worth the effort. Barbie serves up great food, and is very personable. It was a slack time, so I invited her to sit and chat while I had my burrito and Modelo. Enjoyed it very much, and will be taking my girlfriend there next week.
