Always a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the ice cream is the best!
I love this location! Ben and Jerry's is one of the few places where you can get a variety of non dairy flavors that rotate. The staff is super friendly and they have connect 4 on most of the tables. I would recommend this to everyone!

Ben & Jerry’s offers great ice cream with efficient service even during busy times. The prices are a bit high for small portions, but the quality makes up for it. The variety of flavors like cookie cookie, strawberry cheesecake shake, and triple caramel chunk are delicious. The staff, including the friendly team at the Pav location, are kind, helpful, and eager to make customers feel welcome. They allow sampling and even try new flavors like the soon-to-be-launched strawberry flavor, which is absolutely delicious. The personal scooping experience at events, such as a wedding rehearsal, is loved by everyone. Even when busy, the staff stays calm and provides quick service, ensuring everyone can enjoy their treats without long waits. The hardworking team, like the gentleman working on New Year’s Eve, keeps the place running smoothly and makes visits enjoyable for all customers.
