When I travel to visit my daughter in Charolettsville, every morning we have breakfast at Croby's, her favorit place and mine.Really delicious home cooked food that brings back memories of grandma's home cooking - yummy cinamin rolls, delicious biscuits, tasty grits. My absolute favorite weekend breakfast spot in town. My husband and I visit almost every weekend. They seriously make THE best French toast…nothing fancy, just simple French toast that is perfectly seasoned and cooked. My husband is a huge fan of the biscuits and gravy, as well. My Nana found this place after visiting Goodwill, and we decided to give it a go. The atmosphere is very homey, and they have a chalkboard wall that displays some of the best jokes that people say. It's so cute and personal. I got a cinnamon roll, and she got the sandwich they're known for, the Croby. It came with a side of fries, and when I tried one, I ended up having to order some for myself.
