Friendly staff and good quality drinks! I only ever get the coffee drinks, not matcha or tea, but they have always been satisfactory. The baristas know what they are doing and make sure every drink is made with care. Their espresso tastes good in lattes and cappuccinos, but I would not recommend it on its own. Not only does Grit have great coffee, they have a menu that is very impressive. First the coffee, they have a good menu and the drinks are made well. We all enjoyed the coffee drinks we ordered. As far as the menu is concerned, Grit has one of the most impressive food menus I've seen at a coffee shop. We were headed to train station and found this place about 4 minutes from Amtrak. We did not want a chain food breakfast and wanted a place where locals would go. You do have to park on the street and walk to it, but we were in and out in about 10 min to drive back and eat at Train Station Parking Lot. This place did not disappoint and they do have nice outdoor eating area. The breakffast burrito was so good. Good service, good food, good coffee!
