If you like spicy, the Hell’s Fire fried rice is amazing. I added the pork belly and it was awesome!
We dined in and just so impressed. Nice little bar with affordable options, and prompt/friendly service.
The portions were correct and made with a level of class. Not overly saucy and made with a fine touch.
Last, speed of food was exceptional. Things came out so quickly. Hell yeah we'll be back.
What a lovely place right off of UVA's campus.

Monsoon Siam offers one of the best Thai dining experiences in Charlottesville. The restaurant has a well-designed interior and friendly servers. The menu features a variety of delicious dishes like Red Curry Chicken, Spring Rolls, Sun Dried Beef, Tom Yum, Drunken Noodle, Ka Pow Mince Chicken, Ka Pow Beef, Fried Rice, Mango with Sweet Sticky Rice, and Lava Cake. The cozy atmosphere includes limited seating inside and some outdoor seating available.
Monsoon Siam is a hidden gem for Thai food lovers. The moment guests step in, the warm lighting sets the tone for a relaxed dining experience. The Pad Thai is a standout—perfectly balanced flavors with just the right amount of sweetness and tang. The Drunken Noodle, especially the crispy pork belly version, delivers a rich, creamy heat that lingers just enough to keep diners coming back for more. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the portion sizes won't leave anyone hungry. The Kao Soi, particularly with the soft shell crab, and the ginger sesame dish are also highly recommended. Whether craving a classic dish or something more adventurous, Monsoon Siam has something for everyone.
