“Wonderful experience! Hubby and I visited the tasting room for Valentine's Day. We shared the Reserve flight and Valentine's Wine & Chocolate flight. We took home bottles of four of the eight wines in the flights. The food, corn chowder and a crimini mushroom flatbread, was excellent too. It's all cooked to order & served at the table. Very attentive service. Beautiful setting with sweeping views. I'm so happy that we chose it to celebrate Valentine's Day. It'll be easy to persuade hubby to take me again for my birthday in the summer.“

The sparkling white and sparkling rosé were our favorites. The charcuterie and cheese boards were also delicious. We absolutely loved this winery and can’t wait to visit again!“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Jefferson Vineyards. We did a wine flight and explored the grounds a bit — everything was beautiful, peaceful, and the wines were fantastic.

What really made the visit special was the service. Lisa helped us and she was absolutely amazing — so kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her warmth truly added to the whole experience. The rest of the staff were also friendly and attentive, which made the atmosphere feel even more inviting.

My friend and I actually got stranded with no ride and Kole and Drew were so generous and thoughtful and took us to our hotel. I’m still amazed by the kindness and generosity. We will be back! “Had a great tasting experience at Michael Shaps. We came with our friends from Charlottesville, who were members of their club.
We did the deluxe tasting, which covered the majority of their offerings. All the wines were delicious, and our server was friendly and informative.
The winery itself is beautiful, plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the wines. There is even a Tesla charging station if you need a charge while you are touring.

“Came on a Thursday with my mom and dad husband and kids and absolutely loved it. We brought our own picnic lunch and had a bottle of wine. They were so accommodating and sweet and the wine was perfect and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful!“
