Panera Bread in Chesapeake

“Last week I placed an order in store for three scones and 2 cookies. When I finally got home and checked my order, I was missing one scone. I called the store right away and spoke to James, one of the managers. He offered me a replacement, as well as 2 free bakery items, which I thought was very generous. Today I went in to collect my items, and I also bought two cookies. The counter person was very nice, and went to get the manager. He as very polite and accommodating, and took care of my order. Everything was as expected, and I left satisfied. It is refreshing to deal with a company that takes their customer satisfaction seriously. I will definitely be back soon. Thanks 😊“

“i’ve ordered food here a few times since it opened and it’s been 10/10 every time also might be dramatic but i just wanna say i got the chicken avo blt today and whoever made this sandwich deserves a raise on this alone genuinely one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever eaten in my life thank you“

Each one of these women were so kind and helpful. Their customer service was above and beyond. I absolutely hate eating at restaurants cause people usually hate their jobs and take it out on customers but not these ladies they were amazing Panera give them a raise!!!!“
