“What a cute step back in time! Friends invited me to go to breakfast this morning. It was really good! I cannot eat shellfish, but I understand they have a wonderful She Crab Soup. I wish it was closer to me because I would use the pharmacy, too. I prefer independent pharmacies over the chains, but no longer have one near me.“

“What an exceptional establishment it gives vintage speakeasy vibes the decor and the ambience are beautiful. The bartenders are very skilled in their craft showcasing a lot of very good cocktails and mocktails. We tried a variety of small plates to include steak bites, seafood ceviche, lamb chops, truffle fries, Wagyu sliders, oyster Rockefeller, guacamole and deviled eggs. All of the dishes were amazing my favorite had to be the Wagyu sliders, guacamole (has chorizo in it) and the oysters. They have a regular menu as well. Will definitely be going back to try the ribeye as customers raved about it. Was an extra plus that social hour from 4:30 to 5:30 PM has All dishes and drinks 50% off. If you have never tried this place you are missing out. I think I’ve found my new weekly spot.“

“I normally take pictures. Everything was beautifully presented. This is seriously the best sushi place to go to. They are very personable, they typically provide extra little fruity drinks and salad and all kinds of stuff. You really feel like you're someone special every time you go here. “I come to dine here from the buffet at least once a month. Food is always fresh and delicious. I love that they have different dishes each visit. The staff is not so friendly, not rude or anything but they don’t say much and they don’t smile -no warm welcome to come dine with them at the door. Lol. They might come refill your water once but leave plates on the table -this plays a big part in how I tip.“

“Shout out to Alex! I ordered delivery through their third party app. I didn't get my margaritas (and I really needed my margaritas) and my daughter's taco order was incorrect. I called and after talking to the hostest and the manager, I finally got to Alex. They don't have control over the app or the driver, they also can't refund if you paid through the app. They offered a store credit, but that didn't solve the problem, I was at Karen level by this time. But they made it right- Alex drove to my house with my margaritas and not just one, but 2 tacos for my daughter. Now that is how you take care of the customer. Only Los Primos at Hanbury for this family from now on!!“

“Wings are on point. Big, crispy ( we got ours well done), flavorful and not dry. Sauces were good with some great choices. Awesome homemade fries. Waitress was a little slow but it was lunch time and it looked like she was by herself. I give her props though. She did a great job but she was bizzzzeee. I’d definitely go again but make sure you have time. Call first but I think they do 50 cent wings on Wednesday. Great job. Go! You won’t be disappointed!“

“About last night.....Our Tams Girls Funday Events Group had a great time at BusbysChill & Grill, Chesapeake, VA Chris Watts Rotonda Renae ShaQuida Beasley Alvoria Green Shaunte Redmond And my Beautiful Wife, Rosalyn Forrest!! This was our 1st time at Busby's for KARAOKE and it was a Blast!! This Guy's have good food, good service, the atmosphere was laid-back, chill, friendly and we love the DJ!! The other Singers like Kay we're great! My Wife Rosalyn loved the super clean nice bathroom. I loved how they accommodated us quickly pushing tables together with smiles ? and such willingness to welcome us!! Love you guys...and Thanks for the performers at ??? at Busbys Chill & Grill, Chesapeake, VA We were all Nervous with singing in front of a group but we did the damn thing??????????? “I do enjoy and recommend Winston’s, but would like to also give a shout out to our waitress and cook working 10/18/25 around 11:30, and also a concern to one gentleman who showed up for work around then as well. I wish I had names, especially for the amazing waitress who served us (she was blond, I know that!). I came in with my daughter and elderly father who has dementia. Dad wanted an egg sandwich. We had already driven by some of the usual breakfast spots and naturally they were packed. I stopped because I had seen that sometimes Winston’s offers brunch, and learned that at least yesterday they did not. However the waitress checked with the kitchen, they had eggs, bread, and bacon and the cook graciously agreed to make my dad a sandwich. So very kind of them and very much appreciated!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!! My daughter and I ordered regular menu items and while waiting for our meals a gentleman came in carrying some groceries. I guess he saw the cook making an egg sandwich when he entered the kitchen and proceeded to loudly berate both the waitress and cook, yelling about how, “We don’t f@ck!ng do breakfast, we don’t make eggs, it’s not on the menu, you have no right to make that f-ing guy eggs, all to what? Keep one f-ing customer?” I am paraphrasing, but not exaggerating at all - he was cursing them out, f-bombs and all, and it was quite easy to hear from where we sat, as the customers in question. I felt awful to have gotten the waitress in trouble, and hearing him treat staff this way as well as talking about paying customers this way put a bad taste in my mouth during what would and should have been an outstanding experience. So, a huge thank you to 2/3 of the staff I encountered yesterday. Food was great, service was great, but that one guy really needs to find some zen - and he could learn a thing or two from the rest of the staff regarding customer service.“

“I went to Mr. Jim's because this is what my mom wanted to eat after she decided not to have dialysis anymore. We live in Virginia Beach, and I drove here to get her the Italian sub that she remembered and loved. I asked for the manager to tell her how much she loved Mr. Jim's and wanted an Italian sub only from here. Thank you for being her favorite place to get a sub and even after she is no longer with us I will continue to come to Mr Jim's in her honor. “Three of us went on a Sunday after church. The restaurant was packed, but we really wanted to try this place. We waited for about 50 minutes for a table. I'm told the wait isn't as long during the week.
I wasn't certain, based on other reviews, whether this was a cash only restaurant. They definitely are. No credit cards accepted. They have an ATM on site if you don't have cash.
The interior of the restaurant could definitely use updating, but don't let the lack of interior decorating deter you from dining. The food was tasty and the portion sizes were good.“
