This Hardee’s was an extremely disappointing experience. On Aug 9, 2026, the restaurant was visibly filthy, and the overall level of professionalism from the employees was concerning.

Based on the reviews, Hardee's is a typical burger spot with a clean look and easy access. The drive-through is often smooth, with orders correct and food coming out on time. Some staff are excellent, very professional, and incredibly kind, making customers feel valued. However, customer service can be inconsistent. One cashier provided no greeting or acknowledgment, while another visit featured staff that was not friendly at all. The food quality also varies. Some meals are hot, fresh, and delicious, like a keto burger with a lettuce wrap that was fresh, hot, well put together, and yummy. Chicken tenders are fine, especially with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, and cheeseburgers are simple but good. However, other experiences include a bun that was hard and dry, a burger that was over cooked, hard, and very dry, and fries that were all half pieces. A kids meal did not come in its own bag, and a toy was not seen. Service issues include forgetting a fork and not providing requested ketchup. Overall, the experience depends greatly on the visit.
