“I want this place to be a five so bad. So much potential. Food is good and that helped by the homemade nature of it. That said, the aioli condiments are a bit rich. I wish the staff were more friendly on a consistent basis. Times it feels like customers are a nuisance. Understand people can be annoying but people are the reason restaurants stay open. Atmosphere has potential. At times music is annoying and loud for an otherwise empty restaurant which it is fairly often. Burgers are great as are the zucchini fries and Mac and cheese. Staff sometimes talk to each other, which isn’t a problem except they somewhat frequently are loudly complaining about something.“

“The men's room could hsve used some attention but I know this is a difficult task at times.

I struggled with the self order until someone helped me at a register. The stupid system kept wanting me to login to an account I don't and will never hsve. All I wanted was an apple pie. Glad I never got to the question of payment as I was going to pay cash. I know all the arguments for self order but my worn out and sore knees don't care.“

“Delicious pizza and friendly service. I had the Mediterranean pizza but added beef sausage to it. The beef sausage was deliciously spiced and the pizza was cooked just right.

To my knowledge, this is the only pizza place in Richmond where you can request meat toppings that are 100% beef, turkey, or chicken instead of pork. With vegan and vegetarian options as well, there’s something for everyone here. I live nearby, but never knew about their options until a coworker told me. For me, it’s an absolute game changer to have this place in Richmond (I have a pork allergy) and a great bonus that it’s right down the street from me. Additionally, the price is very reasonable. This will definitely be my go-to pizza place from now on.“

“Parking is normally convenient at the Chesterfield Towne Center location. The hostesses and waitresses are always friendly and very accommodating. The food is always good. checkout is seamless because of the pay terminals at the table. Carpets and mopping could use some attention. In my last two visits the carpets appeared soiled. I'm certain this was an oversight, and I will continue to support this business.“
