“They have freshly made corn tortillas chips that are delicious. Ordered the tortilla chips with a red salsa and white queso dip. Everything was tasty. I ordered the Mi Rey platter that comes with the ribeye steak, grilled shrimp, and the piri quarter leg chicken. Got a side of avocado and the Jamaica drink. Everything was five stars: the food and the service. I will definitely need to return and try some desserts.... 😋“

“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“First time at canes, food and drinks were great. I don’t usually post reviews but I really wanted to give a shout out to Thomas and Kyla.
I had accidentally dropped my keys in the trash and although we had asked for gloves to dig around for it, Kyla was so sweet and accommodating to do it herself, even though we did not expect that from her. And when she was able to find the keys, she offered to clean them before handing them to me.
Afterwards Thomas did a thorough job of cleaning my keys and drying them before handing them back.
I appreciate both of their help and it really left an impression on me and my friends that night.“

“Placed a catering order the day before. (Placed order, then had to revise, customer service call GREAT!!) arrived this morning at 5:50 a.m.. observed that employees arriving were well groomed and were alert and cheerful. Window cleaners were preparing for opening hours. Paid for 8 large catering trays. Employees assisted in carrying order to truck. Amazing service and I was off!“

“This Chic-fil-A is located in Chippenham hospital. The service is great. The staff is always friendly, the place is always clean and our food always hot. This is my go to when I don't feel like going all the way to the Forest Hill location.“

“I never thought the chicken finger idea was going to make as much waves as it did. I've frequent this location mainly due to working late hours they are still open. I can still get dinner and feel good before I lay down for bed. My favorite and only item I order is the Caniac Meal. Its just the right chicken amount although they cut back on the amount but still does the job. At times, the later you go the slower the service but you can't complain. Fresh food is not fast but cooked to order so I can enjoy it when I get home. I told my parents about it. They shrugged me off and said I dont like it. Now they frequent the location as they realized you get a good deal on the combo meals that are right just for what you need. Any problems in the past especially large orders, they fix it with a smile and what keeps me coming back is customer service. You will enjoy the chain. Make sure to let us know what you like as every day isn't perfect but that means the company is just fixing whatever they find broken doesn't make them bad at all!“

“We were on our way to Georgia with our youth, and all of us ordered from the app. When we arrived, our food was brought to us in no time. For the first time with ENOUGH sauce, warm, and exceptionally tasty. I love this place, with long but lightening quick lines, i am never disappointed.“

“My 9 year old Granddaughter and I were here for breakfast, but she thought she could order lunch items. Once we found out she couldn't get lunch yet, the only thing she ordered was a fruit cup. I had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with hash rounds and orange juice. I enjoyed my breakfast. It was very tasty. Our order was brought to the table for us once it was completed, which was very nice.“

“Great customer service at this location! Jayden was such a helpful worker and he gave such great recommendations to create my go-to meal for now on! I was also short 8 cents on cash and I told him I would go pick up some coins from my wife and he told me it was fine and took his card and paid the 8 cents!! Such a great experience here!“

“This place is fantastic. If you want a sense of nostalgia and great food, Raise the Roost is the place to go. It has that old time diner feel to it, wonderful people, great service, friendly environment. It's a shame that 7-Eleven corporate wants to diminish the flame of excellence by not supporting this location.“
