“With it being Valentine’s Day, everywhere had a long wait — so we decided to try The Paladin 2 for the first time. They only had about a 20–30 minute wait, which was a pleasant surprise! All of the staff we met were incredibly nice and welcoming. I tried two of their Valentine’s Day specialty drinks — the Girly Pop Drop and the Sunshine — and both were really good. My favorite was definitely the Girly Pop Drop! Our food came out perfect and hot. I’ve honestly never had mashed potatoes come out tasting like they were just freshly made right then and there at a restaurant before — they were that good! Everything was cooked perfectly. I can’t remember our waitress’s name, but she was so sweet and attentive, which made the experience even better. I definitely recommend checking this place out. It may look small from the outside, but it’s actually pretty spacious inside. We will absolutely be back!“

“After a long and stressful day on the road, I want good food, and good service. Good customer service goes a very long way in my book. Everyone here was very kind and professional. April was my server and she was an absolute delight. She was kind, funny, and attentive. The staff was great, but April topped it off. The chicken breast were great, but broccoli portion was quite small unfortunately. Id definitely return to this location and would recommend it to anyone. Ask for April, she was great! Although, everyone I encountered there were very kind.“

“Our experience was 5 out of 5. This brand is always consistent and dependable. No surprises. Comfortable , clean rooms, nice amenities and easy check in. We had dinner in the restaurant and Izzy was our server. She was so attentive and pleasant it made our experience really enjoyable. We were the only diners and saw many people leaving the hotel at dinner time. No doubt for wonderful restaurants but I suggest they try what the hotel has to offer. Steaks were excellent, vegetables and potatoes cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Thoroughly enjoyed this property.“

“There has never been water damage to my house. It was this water damage business that saved the day. Their comprehension of my terrified mood was astounding. They assisted us in remodeling at a lower cost. They are excellent at restoring water damage, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.“

“This place does a heck of a business! And I can see why. The food was delicious! It's clearly a place for the locals and it was mobbed. My husband and I met up with a couple of friends on Good Friday. Our server was busting her butt and was really friendly. She was new and was so stressed and we felt really bad for her. It seemed to me that some of the elderly patrons were not being as gracious as they could've been, as she was trying her best. I got the impression that there may have been only a couple of people in the kitchen and they were running out of some of the menu items. I hope that she's having an easier time of it now.“

“It's is an adorable place, extremely clean, and food was fabulous! Highly recommended the pancakes and the bacon was cooked absolutely perfectly! Everything we ate was very tasty, we didn't even need to add salt or pepper.

“We stopped at Longhorn Steakhouse after a show at Shenandoah Summer Theater. We went as a group. Longhorn handled or group magnificently. We were seated promptly (of course, we had reserved seats) and or good was served quickly. And, as usual, of food was properly prepared and warm. Drinks were quickly served and topped off appropriately.

We had wings, chicken bacon ranch cheese quesadilla, and the best brisket nachos ever!!! Sweet tea is excellent 👌 If you haven't stopped in yet, you're missing out! “We were looking for a pet friendly restaurant and 50/50 has an outdoor patio. They immediately made our pup comfortable with greetings and a fresh bowl of water. We ordered beers, fried pickles and three different burgers, everything was great. Cold beers, delicious burgers and crispy fries. We would definitely go back!“

“Great food on the Winchester walking mall. Service is consistently exceptional. Make sure to look for the daily special before you go in. We recently had the 1/2 French Dip sandwich with salad. My wife had the seasonal salad with strawberries and I had the house salad with pickled red onion - both were fabulous on a hot late spring day. And the French Dip can't be beaten! Also, one of the few places that serves Kilkenny on tap (and knows how to pour it and a Guinness!). I also enjoy their music selection and the sound system is just right, so you can have a great conversation while enjoying the music.“

“Stopped in Sunday morning, June 21 - Fathers Day - for brunch with family. We called ahead to confirm small dogs are allowed on the patio and checked inside when we arrived. Were told open seating outside so we seated ourselves. We saw a server waiting on several tables but she never looked at or acknowledged us.

After about 15 minutes she did come over to take our drink orders. Drinks took awhile to come out and were delivered by a different server. She advised us there was a 40 minute wait on food and said we should put our orders in ASAP.

Food was great, my wife got the steak and cheese omelette while I opted for the blueberry waffle special. Drinks were water, V8 and unsweetened ice tea. Food was great, however, no one checked on us for refills.

I'll try again next time we're in Winchester.“
