I usually have no issues with this chic fil a. However, I went there tonight and was very disappointed. Firstly, the person taking my order was being rushed and had to say into his walkie talkie that he was taking one last order. Mind you, the website says they close at 10 and I was there at 9pm. Then I ordered an ice cream cup and asked for it in a styrofoam cup because it keeps it frozen on the way home. I have ordered this many times. Disappointed with managers decision to not provide a replacement cup of coffee that had been purchased at an RVA Chick-fil-A. She said the stores are individually franchised and she would sell me a cup of coffee. Sort of expected more from Chick-fil-A, to include protecting the brand.
