“I would say this is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Most of the time I've had really good service and the last time I went I would say not good. That all said the food quality is impeccable. It's absolutely delicious and prepared very well. The atmosphere of the environment is a wonderful place. It can get a little loud depending on when you go. During the week you can sit outside on a nice day. It's a lovely place for a beverage, lunch or dinner.If you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up ? and feel free to follow me for future reviews.Dietary restrictions: I have some pretty strict food allergies. They are always very considerate and never make me feel like it's a problem. They also do have availability for vegetarian selections and gluten-free selections.Parking: You won't be having a problem finding it. It's on every side of this building. So despite if you're on the wrong side you'll definitely find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have plenty of accessibility for wheelchairs from parking to bathrooms.“

“What a neat place!!! The food was delicious, cocktails were divine, and the staff was lovely. Definitely a more intimate seating space inside, but good seating at the bar and outside, as well. We loved being able to watch the kitchen staff expertly prepare our meal from our table, too! We can't wait to go back to sip on some more cocktails and try some of the appetizers and desserts we didn't get to try because we were too full!“

“Just made our third stop at Stave & Cork. Salem is about halfway on our drive from South Carolina to PA, after visiting relatives. My wife and I like to go to a winery or a wine bar after a day of driving. Stave & Cork popped up on a wine bar search near Roanoke and low and behold, it is a gem! The wine flights are varied and reasonably priced, the small charcuterie board is perfect for two hungry travelers and the trout dip is to die for!! The service is warm and friendly as is the atmosphere in this nicely renovated storefront on Salem's Main Street. We, of course, will be back!“

“The food, wine and service was outstanding. The calamari appetizer was prepared perfectly. The red snapper was NOT over cooked. The temperature was perfect. Homemade desserts. Wait staff attentive and knowledgeable. Wish we lived closer. The decor added a great vibe.“

“The char board is ridiculous. Was not expecting that size/quality at all and the bacon jam is so good. Dinner was great too! 3 filet style surf and turfs, pasta dishes… Just not sure we actually needed it after the apps and salads. We didn’t leave without a complaint tho, they won’t sell their mashed potatoes ala carte. Actual real potatoes like grandma’s and they are seriously delish. We will be making our way back when visiting the kid in college.“

“Ive always ordered to-go and i usually order the supreme sirloin or the creole catfish bowl both are amazing this place is so underated one of the few places that actually care about their to go orders usually you get subpar quality from to go order but my to go order always makes it all the way back home still hot and “

“Still fabulous a year later. Excellence is all aspects; menu- wow, food quality- incredible, service- personal and attentive and friendly. Craft cocktails are incredible and fair in quantity. Ambiance is cozy and comfortable yet casual. Just love this place!“

“Fantastic locally owned restaurant! We were in Roanoke to see our son perform at the Mill Mountain Theatre just down the street, and the hotel recommended this lovely establishment. Lots of fresh fish, terrific steaks, and the best shrimp & grits we have ever tasted! (And we're from the FL gulf!) Service is prompt, efficient, and appropriately friendly without being cloying. Ambience and tasteful decor are upscale but relaxed. We are coming back tomorrow night!“
