“This location did absolutely amazing I am a JV and varsity volleyball coach that showed up with 26 girls and 3 other adults and a busy driver when the lobby was closing they did not turn us away they offered to come to the bus and order each person individually we had our orders in and very quickly had our food and on the road they were absolutely polite and very helpful and accommodating great staff”

“Wow! Staff is excellent! Food was really excellent!! We got a second bowl of chips and dips and not even 5 minutes later our food was out. I had Pollo Jalisco. You have already seen what I said about the food, excellent! Flan was the best I’ve ever had! I never got below a half cup of sweet tea. The staff was right there before we needed to even ask for anything. All told we were done eating chips, drinks, and our entrees in 35 minutes. So we decided to get dessert. Still under an hour for a family of 4 and the price was also good for food and dessert in these times! They will be getting more business from us!”

“My family and I tried this gem today, and we were honestly blown away. I’m a restaurant industry veteran, and I can say with confidence: this is easily some of the best food in Urbanna. ​I had the 'Mother Cluckin' chicken sandwich (incredible flavor!), my husband loved his BBQ, and the tenders were a hit with our daughter. A huge shoutout to our waiter—he actually hand-made our lemonade, which was a refreshing touch you just don’t see elsewhere. We couldn't resist grabbing some strawberry ice cream, fresh cinnamon raisin bread, and a few tinctures from their shop up front. ​Everything was top-notch. My only heartbreak? We left our to-go box on the table! We’ll definitely be back for a round two.”

“Driving through Gloucester, VA we came across the Gloucester Brewing Company. Such a quaint establishment where they are brewing the beer your drinking in the same building. We opted to sit outside and enjoy our beer. Such a great selection of beers. There was also a food truck on site should you want to have some snacks.”

“The caterer for my wedding on 6/14/25 backed out the night before with no refund. Patriots Grill was able to come through in the 11th hour and help us out. “We stopped at Gloucester Pancake House for a late breakfast on the way home from a camping trip and were blown away! The food was so fresh and flavorful, service was beyond speedy, and prices were very reasonable. No photos because we literally inhaled our food, ha ha! But for the record, huevos rancheros are an absolute MUST!! Can't wait to have it again when we're back in the area!”

“My husband and I actually prefer Los Portales in comparison to Juan’s. However tonight was awkward, because after TWO bites into my delicious steak fajita taco salad we were splashed by the busser who was NOISILY bussing the booth to my left (and before that, noisily bussing the booth behind my husband). She apologized, but it was too late—I was grossed out and went in search for the manager while wiping my face and arm. Long story short—we were offered another meal, but just too grossed out to stay and eat. Our waitress was so apologetic and would not take a tip. We do like the food, but it will be a while before we return. Noisily bussing tables using a bussing cart next to patrons who are eating is a very unpleasant distraction and just tacky, PERIOD!”

“Ever experience is absolutely amazing! Just went back for the second time for our anniversary. Making reservations was super easy, and I definitely recommend doing so. Service was phenomenal from the hostess to the waiter and every one else we encountered. Food? 100/10. The Thai brussel sprouts are soooo good, and every entry we’ve tried has been perfect. A great place on Main Street!”
