“I love the food ans the staff .“

“I loved my mole poblano and my kids had a great time! The staff was more than accommodating and the drinks were stellar. The price was a bit steep for sure but very worth it with how they managed everything! Plenty of high chairs available if you have multiple small children. I asked for avocado slices for my babies and they were fantastic!! Happy babies and a happy me.“

“I went to this location during lunch time the other day, and received the wrong order. I called about it, and was offered a refund or remake. I took the remake instead. My husband and I went and got it, and the food was absolutely horrible for the remake. I emailed about that, and the asst manager Bradley reached out to me the very next morning, and wanted to make the whole experience and mistake correct. He was VERY VERY nice and had the willingness to make it right. So, we went back again, and spoke to him in person, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion about getting the mistake corrected. I know everyone makes mistakes, and no one is perfect, and I've never had an issue with this location ever before. I will chalk it up to just an off day. But the willingness to get everything fixed and his customer service, I'm very impressed. Mistakes like I said happens, it's how they handle it to correct it that matters to me. Not every business is like this, and I stopped going to different places because of mistakes and no one cared or wanted to fix their mistakes. But Bradley did am AMAZING job, and because of it i give this location 5 stars. THANKS AGAIN BRADLEY.“
