“This place is incredible. I am not aware of any other luosifen noodle house in the area. If you, like me, are a newcomer to this style of noodle soup, you are going to be extremely impressed. The bone broth is bracing, complex, and flavorful, far richer and deeper than pho or tonkotsu. Recommend getting it spicy: it brings all the flavors together without being overwhelming. Additionally, the Sichuan menu is one of the best in the area, second only to Mama Chang's and Hong Kong Palace. This place is pretty new and trying to get its feet underneath it. Let's support high quality food!“

“This place is subpar. Food was average, not worth the price. However, I will absolutely be coming back due to the service. Andrew did everything in his power to accommodate my family. I don’t think I’ve seen a server as personable, competent, and willing to fulfill our wants and needs. He seems to go out of his way in order to make us feel welcome, and that no task is too small. He even made our kids happy! Any request they had, he was on top of. Very attentive, respectful, and polite! Maybe this guy should be a manager….? He checked on us more than the actual managers did, even though he was clearly busy; I don’t think I saw a manager my entire time. I would have loved to praise him to a higher up. KEEP THIS GUY! I love the new lamps on the table, it gives a little more light, and makes me feel like I’m not in a dungeon. Host seemed very disinterested in helping, and very monotoned. Not necessarily how I want to feel when I walk in. Didn’t really feel welcome until our server came along.“

Today I tried the spicy tuna gimbap, tuna gimbap, and rose tteokbokki, and once again—so impressed.

“Ate at this dumpling spot in Mosaic. I didn’t even realize it was there until my friend mentioned it as a place to eat lunch.

You order at the register and they bring out the dumplings to you as they are cooked.

Each of the dumplings we ordered were delicious. But I think the soup dumpling was the best!“

The first thing that stood out was the quality, freshness and variety of ingredients that each person cooks at their seat. The setting also fosters conversation and sharing. “We love this place and it’s part of our regular take-out rotation. They have so many options for different dietary preferences (I’m a vegetarian) and ability to make it “healthier” like extra veggies, brown rice, etc. Also the portions are pretty generous that it usually ends up being two meals for me (and the prices are super reasonable). Their Mongolian beans are to die for. Staff is always friendly , food always hot and orders are always correct. Really grateful to have this place nearby.“
