McDonald's in Fairfax

“I usually hate McDonalds but i go drawn in with hungry kids for their $5 meal deal. This has been one of the best McDonald’s that I have been to in a LONG time. This is what you expected of a McDonalds from growing up in the 90’s. The staff was super friendly even when they brought out our food. Restaurant was very clean. Food was HOT even the fries. Best part was no annoying food timers blaring out of the kitchen. I swear almost every single one i have been to lately has timers going off that are very loud. So if you have to go to a McDonalds. This is the one.“

“DOORDASHER: This evening, around 10:35 pm, emu unpleasant experience forced me to write this review. After waiting for 10 minutes,20 seconds, I enquired about my order, with the manager blurting out, “ you have to wait, we will let you know when it’s ready. After 4 more minutes, when she was close enough, I firmly but calmly let her know that she should say, Sorry sir, I know you have been waiting for a while, please give us a few more minutes,… or something like that”. Meanwhile, another staff aid that if I did not want to wait, I should cancel and another Dasher will gladly come. I started to say that I already started to write a review for this location, prompting a young man who told me he was an off duty manager but will help; while the other manager called police for my behavior.“

“I eat in here a lot. Yes, theyre really busy in the evenings and the college kids can be kind of annoying, but the people who work there are consistently friendly and helpful if you are kind and patient. Don't select table service on the app, they dont do it here. Be sure to wait by the counter for your order, as it's hard to hear the number called out, especially when theres lots of students. Im rlly grateful for my experiences here ??“

The modern atmosphere is inviting, and the new seating layout provides a comfortable dining experience. The self-order kiosks are a convenient addition, making the ordering process smooth.The food quality remains consistently delicious, staying true to the classic McDonald's taste that we all love. The renovation has successfully created a space that strikes a balance between convenience and a welcoming ambiance.Whether it's a quick meal on the go or a leisurely dining experience, this revamped McDonald's caters to all needs. I highly recommend paying a visit to experience the positive changes firsthand. It has become my new favorite spot, and I'm sure it will win the hearts of many others as well.“

“I love McDonald's I never gonna change my restaurant, but I always go pick or drive tru, I always ask for ketchup, cause I'm an a hurry, and I never get it even I remind them all the time at least 120 times it happens, I buy my own ketchup but it's unacceptable, I know you want to save, but I need ketchup, probably you don't care about it“

“The food is fresh and good quality.
Staff are friendly and great customer service.
To avoid the line whether from drive-through or walk-in, it's recommended to order through the apps. There are also many deals and point for you. More importantly, we can customize your order(s).
It's better to check your order before leaving the premises to make sure you have your right order.
It's really clean and plenty of seats inside.“

“As always, there was a line in the drive-through... and staff managed to keep it moving at a decent pace. The order was fulfilled correctly. They were a bit stingy with the ketchup packets, but that is not enough reason to knock a star 😅😉“
