“I usually hate McDonalds but i go drawn in with hungry kids for their $5 meal deal. This has been one of the best McDonald’s that I have been to in a LONG time. This is what you expected of a McDonalds from growing up in the 90’s. The staff was super friendly even when they brought out our food. Restaurant was very clean. Food was HOT even the fries. Best part was no annoying food timers blaring out of the kitchen. I swear almost every single one i have been to lately has timers going off that are very loud. So if you have to go to a McDonalds. This is the one.“
“I'm almost always disappointed by lacking customer service, short staff, etc at McDonalds but damn do I love a Egg Mcmuffin. Nevertheless I was pleasantly surprised at the Breakfast service at this location, service was quick and friendly and the restaurant was constantly being cleaned by staff. This is a good location.“

“I can’t give 5 stars for food cause it’s poison and everyone knows it. But, I will say that the staff working here are undeniably helpful and pleasant to deal with every time. I recently found myself in their drive thrus lately to buy the Ninja Turtle/ Hello Kitty Crossover release toys for my nephews and they had no problem selling me just the toy for under two bucks. Other places (fair lakes location) wouldn’t even sell the toy by itself and made me purchase a happy meal I didn’t want (which I ended up giving to someone in need down the street) but yeah, this greenbriar location is great!“
“I’d like to give a big compliment to one of your evening shift employees — a kind Latina young lady who usually delivers food to the curbside. I don’t know her name, but she truly stands out for her great attitude and professionalism. She is always smiling, very polite, humble, and welcoming every single time. Her positive energy really makes a difference and makes each visit to this McDonald’s a pleasant experience. Please let her know that her kindness and excellent service are appreciated — she represents McDonald’s in the best way possible!

“Went inside every employee behind the counter was so focus on food prep and the drive - thru they just left the customers at the counter standing there.. No cashier at all. Like we had all day to wait to spend our money.🥴 The finally came and the guy had that wrong.😐 I wouldn't recommend you come to this location.😏“

They get my order wrong half the time I go. I ordered a BEC (Bacon egg cheese) biscuit and a BEC mcgriddle. They gave me one BEC biscuit (correct) and one SAUSAGE BISCUIT (incorrect).“
