Subway in Fairfax

“The only excellent customer service there is Lisa, always with smile and the sub is made exactly the way I wan it. I hope the other ladies get some train in customer service. The Asian ladies are always upset, and are so rude. They need to be replaced!“

“Had a wonderful experience at Subway today! The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly. What truly stood out was the amazing hospitality from the staff — everyone was welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout the visit. It’s always great to see customer service delivered with genuine care and positivity. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable. Definitely looking forward to visiting again! 😊“

“Ms. Noh and Ms. Jennifer are the most passionate and dedicated Subway employees I have ever encountered in Northern Virginia. Every single time I visit, they welcome me with a warm smile and flawlessly prepare my customized sub sandwiches. Having dined here well over 30 times, I can confidently say that their service has been consistently outstanding on every single visit. They both deserve my highest praise!“

“This location has completely turned a corner—and it shows the moment you walk in. Over the past few months, they’ve really locked things in. The food quality is noticeably better, everything tastes fresher, and the consistency is finally there every visit.

What stands out just as much is the atmosphere. It feels cleaner, more organized, and just overall more welcoming. You can tell there’s pride behind the counter now. And the team? They’re on point. Friendly, efficient, and clearly well-staffed—they handle the rush without missing a beat.

On top of that, it’s hard to beat the value. Easily one of the best-priced spots in town for the quality you’re getting right now.

Whoever’s leading this turnaround—keep it going. This is exactly how a Subway should be run.“

“Great subs, fresh toppings. The guy even knew the old school, spicy italian sub which doesn't make it on the menu anymore. One bad review says this location reminds them of the 80's-90's. I say, cool.

anyways, I hate it when people leave one star for subway, mcdonald's, chipotle. makes me think we all suck, bc these are our favorite restaurants.“

“We stopped by for lunch with my little boy, and he asked me to leave a review for Mariela. I’m going to write it exactly as he told me:

“Mariela made me a really yummy sandwich, and she’s very nice.” ❤

We’re always treated so well whenever we come here, and that’s one of the reasons we keep coming back. Thank you to Mariela and the entire team for always making us feel so welcome! 😊“

“Stopped by this Subway today and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Everything looked fresh and the place was clean. My order was ready quickly and tasted great. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the great service!“
