“Amazing place. Treat you like family. Hüseyin is usually in front (super generous and friendly) along with his dad or another staffer, and I think his mom makes the pastries herself through a delicate time-consuming process. Of course have the strong Turkish coffee, no milk or sugar! Not sure if they still do but at some point a small Turkish coffee came for free with your meal.

Note: the dish usually comes with a more appetizing looking cream; it was added after this photo (and to his credit he remembered right after someone else served it, happens!)

Also, once I asked Hüseyin about a lemon based Turkish hand sanitizer and he just gave it to me. Good guy.“

“The nigiri was wonderful! I really loved the aburi sushi. It was my first time trying it and they had lots of options. Punches way above its weight in terms of quality for price. Modest storefront with an inviting ambience when you get inside. Will definitely be back.“

“A place everyone must try at least once. I have been to Meaza Restaurant several times and l just love their food. Their menu has a lot of options for everyone, whether you are a meat lover or vegan. I particularly love their Kitfo and Veggie combo dish. I recently used their catering services for a private party for 100 people. I opted for the package that includes food, servers and bartenders. The food was delicious, my guests loved it and the servers were exceptional! The servers took care of my guests and provided the best service I have not seen elsewhere. I definetly recommend this place to anyone hosting an event and looking to impress with Ethiopian food, or wanting to simply dine at their restaurant. I will definetly use their catering services again.“

“I've always been a fan and a regular customer for years at this little neighborhood place esp when they run a much loved lunch buffet. I went back a few days ago to revisit their food and service. The service is as good as ever; however, I was surprised at how much they have increased on their prices. I guess expansion and growth (they opened another branch in Arlingnton several years ago) is inevitable and capitalizing on this popularity has its own upside and downside. I ordered their Paa Tad fish dish which did not disappoint but a simple fried fish and for its size, the price was a bit exorbitant for me. I would still visit the place but would be more careful about my choices next time.“

“Gracious staff welcomed us in. The restraunt was very clean and the decor is beautiful. There are so many vegan options on the menu, it's hard to decide what to try first. We ordered the brown rice garden rolls, pad thai and congee. Everything was delicious. We plan to be frequent customers, and maybe eventually we'll be able to try everything on the menu.“

“Yesterday was my first visit to Elephant Jumps. I was impressed by the many menu items I’d never heard of before, especially the ones that said there was no option to substitute ingredients, even the meat. “I can’t say enough great things about this tiny family owned and run business, first we were greeted with a huge smile, seated immediately and watered within a min, this from our 60/70 year old server. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a memorable meal. The food is amazing , really really amazing. “This place is a true local gem. Food is of very high quality, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. It’s the reason I will always eat there.“

“There are many Vietnamese restaurants in this area, but Bếp Việt stands out when you need to host someone for a nice bowl of Phở or some Vietnamese specialty dishes.
This is our second time coming here after experienced a fabulous dinner a few months ago.
This time we come for lunch, and for Phở.
The restaurant is well decorated, elegant but still very cozy
The four of us ordered Phở for lunch with different kinds, there is only one size, the taste was very good.
There were only 2 persons working during a Monday, it was not packed but we noticed a lots of phone orders and pick ups.
The gentleman, probably the manager was very cordial, a young lady server was efficient on deliver the food to tables.
We like this place and it will be our go to when we have relatives or friends coming to town

“I ordered the Pho Eye Round Steak & Well Done Brisket and it was so delicious! It was accompanied by a large amount of fresh bean sprouts, basil leaves, chopped onions, cilantro and jalapeños. The portion size is more than plenty for 1 person, so I saved half to eat the next day and it tasted just as good. Will return again for more soon! 😋“

“We went to Red Robin in 7 corners today. Was very impressed with the service. They all work together as a team and always keep an eye on your table. “We were negatively greeted as a party of 6 without a reservation, g given a table next to a control for a lift which my niece had to maneuver all night. Oddly enough the restaurant did not seem that full because we were there early. The hostess was a little snarky. Service was good. Food was Excellent which saved the family evening. “Banh Mi DC Sandwich is a go-to spot for fresh, flavorful Vietnamese sandwiches. The baguettes are crispy, the fillings are tasty and well-balanced, and the portion sizes are generous. It’s casual, quick, and perfect for a satisfying lunch or snack on the go.“

“The food here is so delicious and authentic. I lived in Vietnam for ~18 months, and I haven't tasted many of the flavors I did at Bánh Cuốn Thăng Long in the nearly six years since I've been home. It was a lovely and nostalgic experience.

I ordered mì quảng and bánh cuốn Thăng Long. I hadn't had either of these in the States before. Because my husband is less familiar with Vietnamese food and was a little hesitant about the things I wanted, we also ordered gỏi cuốn tôm thịt and bún thịt nướng chả giò for a little more familiarity, as he had already tried these in other restaurants.

The bánh cuốn was made well and the nước chấm was delicious. I am somewhat hesitant about chả lụa, but this meat was flavorful and I enjoyed it. It also came with shrimp cakes, which was new to me. They were crispy, but not very flavorful.

The gỏi cuốn was fresh and warm and came with warm peanut sauce. This was new to my husband, and he remarked that the textures and temperature were different from what he was used to, but for me it felt like I was right back on the streets of Saigon.

The mì quảng was so fragrant and the pork inside was so flavorful. This was a dish I'd only had once or twice when I was in Vietnam, and it made me regret not having it more. It was SO good. The herbs and vegetables that came with it have names I never learned (besides like mint and cilantro), but they are so delicious and perfect. Would absolutely recommend this dish.

I tried the chả giò in my husband's dish, and it was the first time I've had good Vietnamese fried spring rolls in the USA. I didn't taste any of the rest of his bún thịt nướng, but he enjoyed it, and it looked great.

This was way too much food for two people, but I was just so excited to try everything. We ate as much as we could and left feeling very very full, but it was worth it.

Note that the prices reflected in the most recent menus posted on Google are not accurate, as prices have increased from last year. We spent $70 after tax and tip (this being an abnormally large amount of food for two people, so it's understandable).“

They were very helpful and patient with us and helped us choose some food that was AMAZING. The pork belly is to DIE for and we got a chicken dish that was packed with flavor. “I tried to get my dad to come to this restaurant for months, but he insisted he didn't like Indian food. One night he was trying to take me to another restaurant that was unexpectedly closed. I asked him at least to try Haandi as a personal favor to me. Not only did he love it, but it immediately became his favorite restaurant and he returned every Sunday for dinner for the rest of his life.

Four years after his death, I brought some relatives who were visiting so they could try my dad's favorite restaurant. As soon as we sat down, the waiter asked where my dad was. He remembered him after all that time. We had to let him know that he stopped coming to the restaurant because he had passed away.“
