“this is a hidden treasure I have only eaten there twice yesterday Veterans Day was my second time I took my best friend since 7th grade out for her 63rd birthday and then we spent time up and Fancy Gap we had a wonderful lunch there talked laughed cut up enjoyed our time together there was a man sitting over the side of us and I would like to thank him so much for buying the Apple Dumpling for us he was a very nice man we talked about what he was eating and that's what he was eating he said they were to die for he left and then when we got finished the waitress brought us an apple dumpling with vanilla ice cream on top it was truly amazing so again thank you to the nice gentleman whoever you are I hope you see this and I hope they tell you cuz he said that you came in you said that they can't you came in a lot and I highly recommend this place I give it a 10 star“

“Over the years I have stopped here several times while riding 52 or the BRP. It never disappoints.

Breakfast is fantastic, but Lordy those hand made cheeseburgers are just stupid good. So much so that I have ridden 100 miles out of my way to get one. My wife and loaded up the dog in the truck one weekend and drove from Lexington, NC to Fancy Gap, Va to have a tailgate lunch.

“We came last night to watch Zephyr Union play live and decided to sit at the bar to grab drinks and a bite to eat. The food was great—I definitely recommend the blackened chicken wrap and the pretzels with beer cheese. The service was excellent! I only got the name of our primary bartender, Tasha, and she was super friendly, attentive, and professional. The other bar staff we encountered were awesome too. I also noticed the restrooms were incredibly clean (which I certainly appreciated). It was my first time at The Mason Jar and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a fun Saturday night with great food, drinks, and atmosphere!“

“As always, Slyders is one of the best little hole in the wall places. When you pull up you have a big menu with many items, including special dishes they have prepared that day. And of course delicious milkshakes, with so many flavors. The prices for the meal and the amount of food you get is spot on. The food is always fresh and the servers are friendly. If you have not tried it yet, I would definitely recommend.. p.s. their hush puppies and chicken strips plates is one of my all time favorites!!. ?“
