“I ordered my go-to vegetarian chimichanga today for delivery and it was missing the queso (which is basically the best part of all the toppings!) My fiancé and I went down to the restaurant in person to obtain some queso, and not only were the staff extremely kind and apologetic as they got it for me, the manager gave me a partial refund for having to drive down for it! I was not expecting that at all, and it was unnecessary but very appreciated. I was already a loyal customer and big fan of La Parota, but now you better believe this is *the* Mexican restaurant I will be recommending to all my friends and family for their excellent customer service! Thank you for going above and beyond! 🥰“
